HEAT ITSM 'waiting for customer' email does not include detailed note for customer

The Quick Action email to customer does not contain the requested information note created by the analyst (see jpeg). Does anyone know where this expression resides? Seems like a workflow would trigger the message once the 'note details' is saved.
