More Self Service functionality

    Please can we have more self service functionality on the support site (HEAT Service Management).  Things I would like to see include:


    • being able to group the My Items grid
    • being able to filter My items to easily find tickets
    • Service Catalog request for staging environment refreshes
    • Access to be able update Account details and people associated with the account.
